If you have MPEX and SECURITY/3000, you can use the "WITHCAPS" command to
temporarily give your users enhanced capabilities, even enough to view all
spoolfiles. (It's been a while...I know SM would let you, but would OP...?). So
you could write a command file that used the WITHCAPS command to bump the users
up long enough to show the spoolfile they requested.
