This is what I use for pkzip compatibility under HPUX.  Since it runs on just
about all Unixes, plus VMS, plus OS2, plus DOS, plus Win*, it *might* be
possible to port it to MPE.

Might be a fun little project for somebody wishing to learn about porting....
