Due to increasing incompetence at the Admin levels little by little you
start losing things.  Country blockage is just another piece of evidence
someone is not paying attention.  Like the frog in water starting to
boil, like the old yahoo groups features were taken away a piece at a
time over several years.  List-serv is old technology and I imagine it
doesn't look good on anyone's resume at the University to keep up with it.

This simply exists by the largesse of a University willing to do so.
They owe us no responsibility at all, there is no more Jeff Kell to
stand up for it.  All it takes is a university IT director to declare
it's over.

Ironically, complaints of poor service can lead a shut off.

I'm suggesting migrate elsewhere before its over.
