Larry-

Interesting that you would bring this up, because our governor, the former
wrestler who comes under alot of criticism for his "goofy ideas" and
outspokeness, has been pushing for a flat tax since he was campaining 4
years ago.  But undoubtedly, the powerful accounting (and probably legal,
too) lobby is resisting.  But I agree with you, and so does Jesse!!
