I don't think it "says" anything.

I believe these are just random alphabetic strings designed to fool anti-spam
filters which look for "excessive" copies of the same message posted to too
many newsgroups.

If you vary the random text every "x" messages, then you evade the filters
because they don't realize it is indeed the same piece of junk mail.
