Interex scheduled SIGMPE for only 50 minutes.  I wasn't
part of the scheduling group, so I don't know why that happened.

Worse yet, they scheduled some other talk to occur immediately afterwards in
the same room.  (And that talk's room-assistant had no sense of humor!)

Tips to Interex for 1999:

   1) SIGMPE should be 2 hours;

   2) all major SIGs should be booked in a room where the hour *following*
      the SIG is *NOT* booked.   This allows for emergency overflow time,
      if needed.
