Trouble with patch MPEKX37F

So we're once again attempting to patch our 997 to support the 100Base-T
LAN card. We've loaded the subsys and it updated fine. We downloaded all
the patches we needed from the web site and uploaded them to the system,
with the exception of the above-named patch which had to be sent via
tape (something about the web download corrupting the file, so they
don't let you download it).

So we're using AUTOPAT, trying to install these 12 (!) patches. We're
getting an error on MPEKX37F. The error is:

We've called HPRC to find out what to do and have to wait now for a
call-back from a technician. In the meantime, anyone out there have any
clue?
