Hi Ian,

The standard ODBC driver that ships with MPE if fine for doing simple
extracts but for doing serious querying, linking multiple tables with inner
& outer joins etc. it simply isn't good enough for the job.

I work for CSL in the UK we have specialised in middleware tools for MPE
users since the early 90's. Linkway Connect, our ODBC driver is widely
recognised as the fastest and securest driver on the market. Linkway will
handle everything you talked about, you can kill sessions that are using to
much CPU power and it will work perfectly for your ASP project.

I can supply a 30 day evaluation if you send me the system details I require
to send a license key for the downloadable version of Linkway Connect. The
details I need are available at an MPE Prompt after saying 'HELLO' on the
target HP 3000:-

:SHOWVAR HPCPUNAME

:SHOWVAR HPUSERLIMIT

I hope this helps.
