In Openview DTC Manager, you can configure the following items:
 
For the Telnet Access card, there is a switch entitled "Enable DTC User
Interface Timeout"(or words to that effect). You get to this by clicking on
the "TELNET" button in the DTC configuration screen.
 
For each DTC, you can configure "DTC User Interface Timeout". I believe the
default value is 300 seconds. You get to this by clicking on the "LAN"
button in the DTC configuration screen.
 
I believe these items can be configured dynamically.
