Hi,

I have installed HTTPD v1.3 from Jazz and it seems to work fine - but when i 
try to execute one of the demo scripts from cgi-bin (showjob.command) i get 
the following error :


403 Forbidden

Your client does not have permission to get URL /cgi-bin/showjob.command 
from this server.


The directory is defined in conf/access.conf :
<Directory /WWW/WWW/ARPA/httpd_1.3/cgi-bin>
AllowOverride None
Options FollowSymLinks ExecCGI
</Directory>


Where should i look for this security barrier ?
