I remember it was bad when our log files filled up, but I don't recall a
system hang. There were very specific errors out of Image for logging
errors. System logging errors are a different story. The image logging
error codes start with ULOGERR or ULOGMSG and can be found in the Image
manual or the bible, the Image handbook by Green, Rego, White et al.
We have had no requirements(yet) for SOX but with all the buzz on the list
I am sure getting nervous!

Subject: [MANMAN:4790] System Hang - Was It Image Logging?
I'm sittin' here waiting for a Memory Dump to finish due to System Hang.
(~3.7GB RAM is a lot of Memory for a 959KS, but it also gets you a lot of
Dump.)
The major thing we changed, was to start using Image Logging on our MANMAN
databases.
(Thank you, Sarbanes-Oxley.)
I'm also fairly sure we have plenty of disc space.
Just wonderin'...
