If the IPROF tradition continues, there should be enough of a presence
at the SIGs to preclude the necessity for a roundtable in any specific
application area (that's the beauty of IPROF).  If HP provides the same
level of presence in 1996 (off-site) as then did in 1995 (on-site) it
would almost be redundant.  Jim Sartain and many senior lab staff were
present at SIGIMAGE at IPROF'95.
 
I still see a need for the management roundtable (general issues) but
for specific areas (MPE/IMAGE/etc) I'd rather see HP representation at
the SIGs to present status reports and field questions.
