Hi Donna,

Just a little clarification on the Secure Web Console...

It is in the process of being certified for the HP3000. I have further
comments below..

The SWC hooks to the console or remote console port. I'm not very familiar
with Predictive Support but, I think if you use Predictive support, you need
to connect it to the console port in place of the terminal.

The users that are created when configuring the box are users only on the SWC
box. The box stores them and only those logons are allowed access to the
console. Once connected to the console, the box is transparent when using the
terminal window.

The terminal emulation in the box is emulating a HP2392 terminal. It will work
with NMMGR :-). If you find a problem, report it as a defect in the product.

The box has a fairly big history buffer that can be viewed when you logon to
the SWC. Of course this assumes that the remote console port is always
enabled.

As stated above, CSY is testing it as we speak.

The above is my knowledge, not official HP statements.
