I didn't edit the file and we use STREAMX. Hmm... The file is in lower
case so I guess that STREAMX is the culprit this time.

Hmmm, looks like stuff is upshifted, and because POSIX commands are case
sensitive, the upshifted command names are not found.
1) Did you edit JPOSTMST.CURRENT.POSTGRES?
2) If you haven't edited JPOSTMST and the commands in there are still in
lowercase, how did you stream this job? With native MPE :STREAM, or with
Vesoft's STREAMX?
