I am trying to get my MANMAN databases on the HP3000 to work with MB Fosters
ODBC/Link using FDGEN dictionaries. Everything is coming up correct using
ACCESS/97 except for the dates. A sample of the date field is as follows:

     ITEM SOEENT I(2),DATE=ASK

According to the manual this should allow the julien date to appear as a
regular date (It works in DataExpress). Has anyone succefully done this and
how did you do it.

Patrick - the information on the ASK dates is available from our tech support
group - Our DataExpress product has been supporting ASK dates (MANMAN) for
years. In the ODBCLink option we added direct ASK dates support and over 30
other date types for some time ago. A quick call or note to
[log in to unmask] will get you the details - the latest release has it in
it.

Thanks for your note ...
