Michael -  And please add Transact to your list!  I'm no longer developing
applications, but remember with great respect the bottom line of the 'old'
HP:  Honor and respect your customers' investment in their OWN businesses,
because the best selling tool to win new customers is a group of loyal and
SATISFIED old ones!  Sadly, the 'old' customers, at least those can remain
viable businesses faced with the need to re-invest in their years of
applications development, particularly when many of the
original 'development' minds are no longer there to bail them out, have
been thoroughly encouraged to seek greener, or more respectful, pastures.
