well! well!  Now will I save $ by switching at home where I do have Edison
service?  Still no luck at the office where computers run 24 hours a day and
we do NOT have Edison.  If Edison or another utility offered it for
commercial accounts and the night rate was low enough to offset a higher
daytime rate... might be worth swithcing metering methods for soem sites.
