Hi.
I believe you can open the file in Excel, set your field delimiters and save it as a .prn file.
The .prn will save it as Fixed Width which you can then upload to the HP.
Hope that helps.

I called Minisoft about this. There is no way to upload a file as variable length.

Does anybody have any idea of how to do this?

Is there any way for me to convert the file to fixed length before the upload?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks,
Tony
