I got a utility from HP about a year ago called CLKPROG4.PRVXL.TELESUP
that I've used to push the clocks back and most recently forward this
past weekend. Haven't had any problems with it. I can't remember if our
SE or the response center sent it to me.
 
But it works for us with no problems.
