In case you had not heard, Computerworld just released that Hurd is 
replacing Dunn in January.

Bulletin: Hurd to replace Patricia Dunn as HP chair in January

Hewlett-Packard Co. announced  today that Patricia Dunn will be replaced 
as HP chairwoman on January 18, 2007 by CEO Mark Hurd. The move follows a 
scandal related to a company probe of leaks from HP's board of directors.
