 Subject: NS question

I installed the Power Patch tape along with an Addon Subsys tape (NS3000 - Product ID HP36920) via PATCHIX.

The installation went cleanly with no "apparent" errors, created the CSLT and did UPDATE and then ran the final PATCHIX after the UPDATE and Reboot.
The strange thing is that NS3000 is still not installed on the system.
Doing the NSCONTROL STATUS the NFT, RFA, and RDBA does not show as running.
I cannot do the PSIRPT.PRED.SYS as receive "unresolved externals" - this might be the hint as the POSIX structure is not complete.

My game plan is to get the POSIX structure from the FOS tape and then try the whole thing again.  Anyone see this before and/or have suggestions?
