If you have db logging turned on and use a program from the contributors
library called logaudit (I think that's the name) it had provisions to do
some crude graphs to show this info. It also had a statistics section. Been
a while since I used it so the details are foggy (or is it that I am just
getting older?).

Subject: [HP3000-L] counting transactions
I have a question to which I need an answer by Monday. Our company is
looking at a canned package to replace our home-grown production software.
One of the questions the vendor needs answered is how many transactions we
process in an hour, day, etc. I'm not really sure how to go about doing
that. Is there a product that can provide that information? We have some 3rd
party software products, but I'm not sure if any of them will produce this
number. We have VESOFT products, SOS/3000, DBGeneral, and a few others, but
I'm not sure any of them are capable of this type of count.
Any ideas?
