Hi,

Year 2000 fixes with the "Year since 1900" interpretation are
part of 5.5 express 4 (and 6.0) onwards.

Yes, the behavior of CALENDAR intrinsic/format has been the same as
"Year since 1900". It is not changed, however earlier it was
documented as "Year of century" and now it is changed to
"Year since 1900" (also MPE/iX is verified to make sure the
system uses the "Year since 1900" interpretations consistently
  everywhere).

Year 2000 fixes with the "Year since 1900" interpretation are
part of 5.5 express 4 (and 6.0) onwards.
