You can get an as/400 now with SAP/R3 pre-loaded from ibm. Its evidently
helping sales of these boxes. Duh...its the application stupid.
 
I wouldn't necessarily need SAP/R3 loaded on a new
HP 3000 from HP, but I would like to hear about SAP/R3 running on an
HP 3000 as a supported platform.
 
Or maybe HP is too worried it will cannabalize 9000 sales.
 
I post these as/400 tidbits in case someone from HP marketing is
paying attention to this list. My guess is they (HP) are so busy making
excuses for why they "can't" do something on the HP 3000 that they
never have time to do "anything" for the HP 3000, or pay attention to
what's happening in the as/400 world.
 
Or maybe its the time spent in chanting class:
