We had the same problem here at Boeing.  When we upgraded from a
S/70 to a S/950, COGNOS wanted $92,000!  This was for a product we
were (and still are) using in an ad hoc mode.  I don't know how many
sites you folks have that use PowerHouse, but Boeing was able to
arrange a site-license deal at _very_ reasonable rates.
