You can add HPBIN.SYS to your HPPATH at the end with the command:
 
   SETVAR HPPATH HPPATH+",HPBIN.SYS"
 
or at the front with the command:
 
   SETVAR HPPATH "HPBIN.SYS,"+HPPATH
