As soon as job/sessions are opened, you'll get a JSMAIN created.  For
sample, hit return on an available terminal without logging in yet.
That device should be owned by JSMAIN.  It will hold the device until
your configured logon timeout, then it should be released.

I think I remember that correctly :-)
