I was going to leave this an an exercise for the reader given the various editors out there, but for Edit/3000 the command is
CHANGE "CRLF" TO '13 '10 IN 1/1
Unfortunately it IS very necessary to UPDATE from the SLT. Certain changes to SY, LO, and MI require an UPDATE.
