Over the weekend we did an INSTALL (new EMC box installed). After the O/S
was booted, we restored the directory, and then did the full restore with
keep and olddate options. After the restore finished, no UDCs were set for
any user. Why? As you can see by this MPEX listf command.pub.sys,XL3, the
file was restored successfully from tape.

Why did we have to stream BULDJOB2.PUB.SYS to re-setcatalog everyone. Is
there something else other than COMMAND.PUB.SYS that doesn't survive an
INSTALL? By the way BULDACCT.PUB.SYS has a bug in that it tries to stream
jobs for users that don't have BA capability.
