overseas).

They can also arrange it so my family (who still lives overseas) can call
me for a lot less than they would pay through the long distance tel.

overseas can do nothing about this nice way of *bypassing* them.  :)
They bill in 6 second increments, with a 30-second minimum (great for
quick faxes).  This means that if I talk for 1 minute and 6 seconds I pay
only for 1.1 minutes, not 2 minutes.
 
But the best part of all is that it is a flat rate pricing.  I can call
*anytime* at all for the same price.  I don't have to wake someone up
there or wait till the weekend to call.

(NOTE: from countries other than the USA back to the USA with their
call-back program, add 10 cents per minute to the below rates;   for calls
originating in a country other than the USA and terminating in a country
other than the USA, add the two countries rates below together and then
