Well, Art, that's the beauty of NM KSAM, you don't need any "specail" 
utilities to manage them.  Just use the "regular" file manipulation 
commands (like BUILD, PURGE, COPY, etc) to perform KSAMUTIL functions.

In fact, the manual (Using KSAM XL) says that ". . .KSAMUTIL functions 
have been integrated into the following CI commands:

BUILD
PURGE
RENAME
LISTFILE
