    I think most companies don't want to do this as they figure they are getting
5 - 10 hour days out of us now hehehe :)

On the topic of recruiting and retaining technical talent, consider the
the following:

** Establish a 4-day work week.  Allow the techs to really spend time
   on the project, but still have days off the refresh and relax.
   Why not 4 - 10 hour days?

** On-site daycare.  The convience of having daycare in the same office/
   same vicinity would be a HUGE benefit.

Just maybe?
