Hello all,

We are an Amisys client, located in Massachusetts, which currently converted
from 9.43 to 11.01.  We have entered into a contract with NIA in California
to have NIA enter data into our Authorization screens via a VPN connection,
using triple des encryption.  NIA has complained constantly about poor
response.  Response time in-house and even using dial modems via DTC seem
fine.

Are there any other Amisys clients using VPN to connect to their HPs?  And
if so how have you addressed any response issues?
