I bought some blank DDS labels from an outfit in New Jersey.  They come on
8.5x11 peel-off label stock, 15 labels/page.  I use PageMaker to make up
the labels, and run them through a LaserJet printer.  Works just fine.  I
can get you the name and phone number of the place I bought them from, if
you like.
