It appears that none of the links in the /bin directory have been
established. I can think of two ways of fixing this, one is find the
install job that creates these or create them by hand with the newlink
command.
For example
newlink /bin/echo,echo.hpbin.sys
You will have to do this for each file in HPBIN.SYS
