Two things come to mind:
 
    1-  If you use NS3000 services beyond what's supplied with FOS,
        were those included on your subsys tape?
 
    2-  If the answer to (1) is 'yes', did you stream the JCONFJOB.NET-
        .SYS job following your update?

Hi all
 
I just updated two HP 3000 from C.50.06 to C.55.00 following
strictly the checklist of the update manual. It all worked as
described, no error messages.
Then I wanted to start the networking software as usual:
 
NSCONTROL START;LAN=LOOP    ok.
NSCONTROL START;LAN=LAN1    ok.
NSCONTROL START             tells me
Network service software versions do not match. (CIERR 5077)
Nscontrol command error. (CIERR 5400)
 
Then I tried NSCONTROL VERSION=MOD which tells me:

BTW, the two HP 3000 have exactly the same problem!
I will check this problem with the HP CRC tomorrow morning; but
I thought I might interest the List. Does anyone has expirienced
the same problems ?
