CRD (Crystal Reports Scheduler) looks like the best option we've found
for automating Crystal. It can be found at
http://www.christiansteven.com/products.htm. THey also make schedulers
for Access and SQL Reporting Services.

For SQL automation, again the best product is probably SQL Sentry,
located at http://www.sqlsentry.net.

I'm not thinking you can find a "top notch" program that automates
both Crystal and SQL jobs in one pass. However, I believe CRD can use
Windows scheduled jobs to complete it's tasks, and SQL Sentry can
manage Windows scheduled tasks.
