I have a few questions. To whom do we address our concerns, HP , Oracle or
both? Are there on going negotiations between HP and Oracle? What does
desupport mean, no further enhancements or no help with existing releases?

I have one Oracle application running on my e3000 enhancing my main
enterprise software. This means that Oracle's arrogant, flippant and
generally "smart-ass" answer of port to HP-UX does not an option for me.
Even if it where I can't imagine that its an option that can be done by
December. Besides I can just see myself asking upper management for money to
buy a new midrange server.
