Help needed badly....
 
According to the manual (our version of QUIZ is 7.29.C3 Level 30) the "book"
reckons one can create a subfile like the following, as an example, yet when I
compiled it I get the following error....

Why is it I get this error when the code follows the book's syntax exactly????
 
BTW: The database is an IMAGE database and we are running HP3000  Release:
C.50.00 User Version: C.50.00, with MPE/iX  HP31900 B.79.06.
