Shadowing/Omnidex Problem

We have encountered the following error recently, and we are having
difficulty diagnosing the problem.  It appears that the shadowed system
can not find the proper DBINFO or DBIOPEN intrinsic (We are using
Omnidex as well), but the XLOMNIDX and other XLs appear to be okay.  Has
anyone else seen this before?

On the shadow system we get these messages whenever we attempt to Roll
Forward the queued file:

 025 10:39:27 NBRF01/WARNING 24: DBINFO failed on DATA BASE
SSSYDB.DATA.ACCT
 025 10:39:27 NBRF01/Bad base ID, or data base not opened using DBIOPEN
(DBERR 3597)
