In my opinion, companies sell products, but people provide service.

People who know you, and who take pride in their job, can provide
the best service.

Good service can often overcome mediocre product faults (good people will
_make_ it work for you).

Bad service can often sink excellent products.

And forgive me if I cross a line here, but I seem to recall a Yiddish
saying to the effect that "sometimes the best price is retail."

With HP, I expect to be able to purchase a solution that works. I don't
expect them to be the lowest price on the market. I expect to be treated
as a customer who has helped make them successful.
