We are having a problem with our HP 5 SI printer connected to an HP3000
MPE/iX C.55.00. We send a spoolfile to the printer that then starts
printing it, then the printer stops printing for no reason
although the message on the printer says 'Processing Job' and the data led
flashes all the time.

All we can do is switch off the printer and start all over again by
recreating the spoolfile and printing it. This wastes a lot of paper when
we are printing a two thousand page spoolfile.

Has anyone else also got this problem and knows how to fix it?
