Well, here is how I did it:

Command file (called CLS) located in a directory that everyone has access to
(sort of like PUB.SYS) and that is put in the HPPATH during a system-wide
logon udc.  This file contains one line:

<esc>h<esc>J

Where <esc> is the escape character.
