I've asked HP for infomation on predictive support on
more than one occation.

I've also asked for documentaion. None could be found.

When we change the passwords on our system then no process can
get in. We have changed our passwords; yet, we hear no word
from HP so we must conclude that HP has no process which
dials into our system to check it. All information is outbound.
To suggest that HP can get into our system when we change our
passwords is criminal.
