There is a bug in Stage/iX if you are trying to install PowerPatch 2.
the RC already has an SSR for it.  What I am running into is when it
tries to add the segment 'dbbegin' in the copy of XL.PUB.SYS that it
makes in INSTALL.SYS, it failes because the segment is already defined,
and the whole process dies then.
