I've been using SQLMON for awhile, and while I may be wrong, I don't
think it will give you that info. It will tell you what
tables/indexes the software is using, though. I also think you will
get the same information from the system catalog tables, but with a
lot more work. If I'm wrong, I'd love to hear about it.

I think your best bet to finding out the queries being sent is to ask
Crystal Reports, if you have access. When I used it last (3 years
ago), it had something like a display SQL function, which would give
you what you want.
