I am receiving reports from users that simple screen dumps to printers are
taking an inordinate amount of time to actually print on their local printer.
This is a new development and I cannot see anything wrong on the HP3000. The
printers are all networked PCL5 devices. The printer configurations do not
appear to have been modified. In other words they do not go to sleep or
hibernate to save energy.
Does anyone have any idea of what might be causing this. The printing
eventually occurs without any intervention so I cannot see why there is any
delay at all.
Regards,
