A separate division of our company has asked me if I know anything about
a 3rd party support vendor with which they have been in contact. I had
never heard of them before so I'm wondering who of you, if any, have had
experience with them or know anything about them. I did not find their
name on the vendor list at Triolet's or 3k Associates' web sites so any
information you can give me is greatly appreciated.

The name of the vendor is Amtek Systems, Service & Network Solutions.
They are located in Covina, CA and they claim to be "national providers"
of support.
