Allbase problem

We use Allbase in our Estinating system.  While entering a large quote, the
system came back with a critical error message.  I was told that the
message is in response of a memory lock between the database and the
computer system. 

My question is what can I do to correct the situation.  My company does not
have any 3rd party Allbase Maint. packages.
