You can add more memory without any changes to your processor or the model
string. However a change in processor will require a change in the model string
otherwise the machine won't boot (as I've been told by several HP SE's - others
may correct me). I don't have the upgrade part numbers on this one, but call HP
at 800-227-8164 (sorry, I only have the US number) and you'll probably spend
some time with these good folks in tracking down the exact part numbers and
cost.
